Imagination

Imagination. We all have the ability to imagine. But how do we use this gift in our everyday lives? Can you imagine a world without cancer, a home without harsh words, or a life without despair?

Jesus replied, “Go back and report to John what you hear and see: The blind receive sight, the lame walk, those who have leprosy are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the good news is proclaimed to the poor. Blessed is anyone who does not stumble on account of me. ” (Matthew 11:4-6)

Imagination alone will not change the world. It’s only a beginning. The only way to live the life God intends for us is to be open to the leading of the Holy Spirit in our daily lives. Allow the Holy Spirit to guide your imagination. By humbly committing ourselves to God’s will, we become active participants in God’s reign on earth.

And he said: "Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 18:3)

As a child of God, may you find your gift of imagination. Your world will never be the same.

See you Sunday!
