Resurrection

Jesus appeared to Mary Magdalene.
Jesus appeared to Peter and the other disciples. 
Jesus appeared to the two disciples on the road to Emmaus.

Jesus appears to believers today.

In the breaking of the bread,
in the sharing of a meal,
in the welcoming of the stranger,
in the hearing of the Word,
in the healing of the heart,
in the love of his flock.

We see his wounds in our own sinfulness;
we see our redemption in his Resurrection.

Then Jesus told him, "Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed." John 20:29
